I always hope that Microsoft can do better than this but it looks like I hope too much. Even until now, Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 or what Microsoft calls "Mango" as a codename can't really even compare to iPhone in just a very basic function.
At the time iPhone first released in 2007, I thought that iPhone will not success because of many things. Some thing like
1. Poor battery performance that you can use it for just a single day compare to many phones at that time that can be used at least 3 days or even a week.
Microsoft has told TechRadar that its current Windows Phone 7.5 platform already supports Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, but no manufacturer has enabled it as yet.
Will Coleman, developer evangelist and product manager at Microsoft UK, told us that it was simply a matter of time before the technology was harnessed by manufacturers in Windows Phone devices:
"As far as I'm aware, NFC is supported by [Windows Phone], but needs to be enabled by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). So, if any OEM wants to enable it, that can be done by all means."
An update for Windows Phone 7 Connector for Mac is released in Nov 25 with the version 2.01. The new version provided the following new features :
